Agility training is full of nuance, so while it's not a step-by-step "do this and now do this" class, it's so much more! It's a coaching program focused on getting training done in a way that makes sense for your team.

In addition to the individual coaching you'll receive from me, there are over 600 lessons for you to reference along the way. 

Absolutely! You can post for accountability, feedback, or support. Whatever you need to keep on track, you'll find it here. 
There are no limits or restrictions to video posting. I want students to use the platform however they need to, either as accountability or feedback. I am the only coach within the program. I try to check in as often as I can, only taking time for my own training and competition days.  

I like to encourage members to engage with each others' posts! Our collective knowledge and experience is so much greater than just my own. 

Train with Excellence is a monthly subscription you can cancel at any time. Your access will be revoked at the end of your billing period. Some lessons include downloads that are yours to keep, but you cannot keep any of the lectures or video lessons. 

Train with Excellence will open for members no later than July 26th, 2024. 

The day/time of live sessions changes quarterly. 

Live sessions can last anywhere from 1-3 hours. They are definitely not mandatory, and when I upload the recordings, I do include notes so that students can quickly scan them and jump to relevant parts of the meeting.
